About Us

FBU Solutions is a leading Amazon growth agency known for scaling brands through strategic advertising, content, and platform mastery. Now, we’re expanding our impact onto TikTok, and we’re looking for a TikTok Director to lead the charge.

You’ll sit at the helm of our new TikTok division, responsible for overseeing all client activity, building a high-performing team, and shaping a service offering that mirrors our reputation for excellence. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially driven, operationally sharp leader to build something significant – with strong financial rewards tied to your success.

The Mission

To establish and lead a high-performing TikTok division that delivers top-tier results for clients and becomes a core revenue driver for FBU. Within 6 months, this role is expected to oversee the onboarding and retention of 10–12 high-potential clients, manage all TikTok Shop operations, and lay the foundation for a scalable team and service model.

Key Responsibilities

Division Leadership & Vision

  • Lead the end-to-end TikTok strategy across the agency, from service development to execution.
  • Set clear KPIs for client results, division revenue, and operational excellence.
  • Represent FBU in the TikTok space, ensuring our Amazon reputation carries seamlessly into this channel.

Team Building & Management

  • Recruit and build a high-performing team of account managers, content strategists, creators, and freelancers.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to ensure rapid onboarding and continuous performance growth.
  • Establish scalable systems – create SOPs, workflows, and quality standards that enable the team to deliver consistent, high-impact results.

Client Growth & Account Oversight

  • Oversee key TikTok Shop accounts during the early phase of the division.
  • Develop strong, consultative relationships with clients – aligning strategy with business goals.
  • Ensure accounts are hitting sales targets and performance benchmarks.
  • Handle escalations, reviews, and high-level strategic planning with clients.

Sales Enablement & Revenue Ownership

  • Play a key role in securing new TikTok client contracts, working closely with the CEO
  • Pitch services to prospective clients, drawing on deep knowledge of the TikTok Shop ecosystem
  • Earn performance bonuses for each contract successfully secured and onboarded.
  • Define TikTok case studies, wins, and service collateral.

Platform Expertise & Innovation

  • Stay ahead of TikTok Shop updates, affiliate/influencer trends, and algorithm shifts.
  • Ensure clients and internal teams are taking advantage of TikTok Shop features and promo cycles.
  • Embed a culture of testing, data tracking, and performance-driven creativity.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 3+ years in eCommerce/digital performance marketing, including senior TikTok experience
  • Proven experience leading teams and departments, ideally within an agency environment
  • Strong client management background—you’re credible, professional, and client-facing
  • Deep understanding of TikTok Shop, influencer ecosystems, and affiliate frameworks
  • Confidence overseeing TikTok ad campaigns, overall strategy and client relationships
  • Ability to build, train, and scale a team in a short timeframe
  • Commercially driven, with a hunger for results and rewards

Compensation & Perks

  • £95,000 – £100,000 base salary
