New Leaf Products is a UK-based supplements brand headquartered in Finchley, London. Over the past few years we’ve built a strong global presence across leading eCommerce platforms and retail, selling millions of units worldwide and earning the trust of customers across multiple markets.

Now we’re entering an exciting new phase of rapid growth and international expansion.

To support this next stage, we’re expanding our marketplace team and looking for a Shopify-focused Ecommerce & Marketplace Manager to help drive our online growth.

This role will play a key part in ensuring our full product catalogue is accurately listed, optimised, and performing across Shopify and key marketplaces, helping us maximise visibility, conversion, and revenue.


The Role

We’re looking for a commercially driven and detail-oriented Ecommerce professional to manage and grow our presence across Shopify and leading online marketplaces such as eBay and TikTok Shop.

Our catalogue currently includes 120+ listings across multiple languages and international markets, and each product listing needs to be carefully created and optimised to meet the requirements of each platform.

You’ll be responsible for improving the performance of our online stores by driving revenue growth, conversion rate optimisation, customer experience improvements, and operational excellence across our digital sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Management

  • Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of the Shopify store
  • Optimise product pages for conversion including copy, imagery, and CRO best practices
  • Manage site merchandising, collections, bundles, and promotional campaigns
  • Oversee product uploads, pricing updates, inventory syncing, and tagging
  • Work with designers and developers to improve site UX, speed, and performance
  • Implement and manage Shopify apps (subscriptions, upsells, loyalty, reviews, etc.)
  • Monitor and improve site performance metrics including conversion rate, AOV, LTV, and bounce rate

Marketplace Management

  • Manage and optimise product listings across Shopify and external marketplaces such as eBay and TikTok Shop
  • Improve SEO, keywords, and product content across marketplace platforms
  • Ensure all listings meet internal standards and platform requirements
  • Maintain high-quality product listings and complete NLF forms to the required standard
  • Monitor and manage customer reviews and ratings across platforms
  • Identify and onboard new marketplace opportunities aligned with the company’s expansion plans

You’re confident working cross-functionally and can collaborate effectively with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to support the company’s wider growth strategy.


Essential Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience managing a Shopify store
  • Experience managing online marketplaces such as eBay, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation and ecommerce best practices
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Shopify Analytics and marketplace reporting dashboards
  • Understanding of inventory forecasting and stock management
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within supplements, wellness, or other regulated product categories
  • Experience helping scale an ecommerce brand significantly
  • Experience documenting processes and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
