The Opportunity
This is a newly created role at the heart of the business.
As Project Manager, you’ll help transform strategy into action by driving the projects that power our next stage of growth.
From product launches and website improvements to operational efficiency, market expansion, and profitability initiatives, you’ll be responsible for keeping projects moving, teams aligned, and goals on track.
You’ll work closely with leadership and collaborate across departments, helping the business move faster, smarter, and more efficiently as we scale.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Turning big strategic ideas into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Leading cross-functional projects across product development, website optimisation, operations, data, creative, and market expansion
- Building and managing roadmaps, Gantt charts, sprint boards, and project trackers
- Keeping teams aligned, focused, and accountable for delivery
- Identifying risks early and solving problems before they slow projects down
- Tracking project budgets, resources, and key dependencies
- Ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are built into relevant projects
- Providing clear updates to leadership and maintaining momentum across initiatives

Someone who enjoys creating structure in fast-paced environments and helping teams deliver their best work.
A confident communicator across teams, comfortable challenging when needed, and always focused on solutions rather than problems.
Most importantly, you understand that great project management drives real business results.
Essential Experience
- Strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Jira, or similar
- Solid understanding of Agile and/or waterfall methodologies
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and conflict resolution ability
- Comfortable using data to guide decisions
- Experience within an eCommerce business
- Budget awareness and resource planning experience
Nice to Have
- Experience working within the Amazon ecosystem
- Understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
- Familiarity with supplements compliance and regulatory requirements
- Exposure to inventory forecasting
- Experience linking projects to revenue growth, profitability, or operational improvements
