To support this next stage, we’re looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to join our leadership team.

The Role
As Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in building the operational infrastructure required to support sustainable, high-performance growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations while developing the systems, processes, and structures that keep the business running smoothly as we scale.
This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on systems, performance, and team development, with a growing team reporting directly to you.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for strengthening and scaling our operational foundations, including:
- Building and strengthening operational and people infrastructure as the business grows
- Designing structured systems that drive performance, accountability, and scalability
- Establishing clear KPIs and reporting dashboards to track performance and delivery
- Leading the setup, implementation, and ownership of our ERP system, including change management and company-wide adoption
- Partnering with logistics to oversee inventory systems, stock control, and forecasting
- Monitoring operational costs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and margins
- Acting as the operational bridge between the CEO and wider team to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively
- Supporting team members with system adoption and providing training where needed
- Creating and maintaining clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Continuously reviewing workflows and processes to improve operational effectiveness
- Running weekly one-to-one meetings to review performance, priorities, and team wellbeing

Essential Experience
- Experience implementing and managing ERP systems
- Experience working within an e-commerce business
- Strong project management experience
- A highly process-driven mindset
- Previous team management or leadership experience
Nice to Have
- Experience within the Amazon ecosystem
- Knowledge of profitability analysis and forecasting
- Understanding of 3PL logistics operations
- Experience in start-up or high-growth environments
