Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide crucial support to our CEO and ensure smooth business operations. You will be at the heart of the company, providing comprehensive administrative support, managing client relationships, handling proposals, assisting with sales onboarding, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organisation. Responsibilities:

Key Point of Contact:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing and prioritising communication flow.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external parties.

Executive Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules and preparing meeting materials.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading emails, proposals, and reports.

Sales Assistance:

  • Collaborate with the team to facilitate the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Support the CEO in sales-related activities, including client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

Client and Employee Onboarding:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process with the team for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees, managing documentation and orientation processes.

Content Oversight:

  • Oversee and coordinate content creation, ensuring alignment with company messaging and branding.
  • Collaborate with content team to maintain a consistent voice across all platforms.

Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with our clients/leads to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership that align with the business objectives.

Revenue Generation:

  • Actively seek opportunities to generate revenue through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, or events within the community.

 Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing executive-level EA support.
  • Strong adherence to professionalism and confidentiality standards.
  • Skilled in networking, building and nurturing cross-functional and cross-cultural relationships.
  • Possesses exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exhibits a tenacious approach to work, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads.
  • Proficient and articulate communicator.
  • Able to use initiative – prioritising task load.

Other terms and conditions of your employment

Salary 

The starting salary is £32k – £38k.

Hours 

Hours of work – full time position, following UK office hours, Monday to Friday.
