Role Overview
FBU Solutions is looking for a commercially sharp, reliable, and confident leader to drive client success.
As Client Success Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, long-term satisfaction, and uncovering growth opportunities. This role combines relationship management with a strategic sales approach to help clients thrive while driving agency revenue.
You’ll lead communication between clients and internal teams, solving problems and overseeing Amazon strategies. Your focus will be on strengthening relationships, addressing challenges, and ensuring our services align with each client’s goals. Additionally, you’ll identify upsell opportunities to expand our offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management, Strategy & Performance
- Act as the primary point of contact for all new and existing clients.
- Lead the onboarding process, setting clear expectations, aligning strategies, and ensuring successful delivery.
- Oversee performance across PPC and Content teams – responsible for delivery quality, results, and client impact (not day-to-day execution).
- Schedule and lead regular strategy calls and check-ins (monthly or fortnightly).
- Deliver clear, concise performance reports that demonstrate results, commercial impact, and highlight opportunities.
- Present performance updates with confidence, clarity, and commercial awareness.
- Liaise with PPC and Content team leads to ensure all client requests, projects, and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Hold internal teams accountable for agreed timelines and escalate issues when needed.
Client Relationships & Communication
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring strategies are clearly communicated and executed effectively.
- Maintain regular communication to address needs, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with PPC and Content leads to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous optimisation for client success and revenue growth.
Sales, Upsells & Revenue Growth
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities such as advanced PPC management, content optimisation, audits, and strategy upgrades.
- Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and match them with tailored solutions.
- Run outbound campaigns (calls/emails) targeting new prospects with audits, reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Track, report, and improve conversion and retention metrics.
- Work closely with the CEO to refine sales processes, enhance retention systems, and contribute to overall marketing strategy.
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years in a client-facing role, within Amazon, eComm, or a marketing agency.
- Experience managing multiple accounts and working cross-functionally.
- Confidence speaking to business owners and making commercial recommendations.
- Proven experience upselling or driving new business.
- Comfortable picking up the phone for a cold call.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset – you’re not waiting for instructions, you’re driving the process.
