Role Overview
As our Client Success Manager, you will be the driving force behind client relationships, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, long-term satisfaction, and uncovering growth opportunities for both clients and FBU Solutions. This role combines relationship management with a strategic sales approach, helping clients maximise their success while driving revenue for our agency.
You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and the effective execution of Amazon advertising strategies. Your role will be pivotal in strengthening client relationships, addressing challenges, and ensuring our services align with each brand’s unique goals. Additionally, you will educate and guide clients while identifying opportunities to upsell and expand our services.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring understanding of their business objectives, satisfaction and retention.
- Lead the onboarding process, setting clear expectations and aligning strategies for success.
- Proactively monitor client accounts, addressing concerns and providing solutions to maximise performance.
- Conduct regular check-ins to maintain strong relationships and address client needs.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, such as enhanced PPC management, content optimisation, or expanded services.
- Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and align them with our solutions.
- Work closely with leadership to refine sales processes and optimise client acquisition strategies.
- Track key sales and retention metrics to drive growth and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the CEO to develop better internal systems, refine the sales process, and contribute to the overall marketing strategy of the agency. Your insights and strategic input will help streamline operations and drive business growth.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as the bridge between clients and the PPC and Content teams, ensuring clear expectations and alignment on strategies.
- Present performance reports and insights in an easy-to-understand, value-driven manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of services, while continuously optimising strategies for client success and revenue growth.
What You Bring
✔ Experience in client-facing roles, ideally in e-commerce, Amazon PPC, or digital marketing.
✔ Strong ability to identify sales opportunities, with a proven ability to upsell and expand client relationships.
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to analyse data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
✔ A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for helping brands grow.

Salary
£32k – £36k per annum
Hours
Hours of work – full time position, following UK office hours 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
This role is primarily office-based, ensuring close collaboration with the team and clients. However, a hybrid arrangement may be considered for the right candidate.
