expanding our Paid Media division to strengthen results across Google and Meta platforms

The Role

We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to lead, manage, and optimise performance marketing
campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, driving measurable results for FBU’s
clients. The role will sit within the Paid Media team and collaborate with Account Managers and
Creatives to ensure integrated and effective campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Build full-funnel paid media strategies tailored to client goals.
  • Conduct audience, competitor, and keyword research.

Campaign Management

  • Set up, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube,
  • Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Optimize for KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CPA, and LTV.
  • Implement A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and targeting.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively adjust strategy.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Data team on dashboards and attribution models.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work with Creatives to brief ad copy and visual assets.
  • Support Account Managers in client meetings and performance reviews.
  • Stay ahead of Google and Meta platform changes and share learnings internally.

Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years’ hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads
  • (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with GA4 and data analysis tools (Looker Studio or similar).
  • Ability to manage budgets across multiple clients and industries.
  • Analytical mindset, with strong attention to detail and ROI-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team and client collaboration

Bonus / Preferred Skills

  • Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Amazon Ads.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce).
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
