We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager/Strategist to join our team, with a primary responsibility for managing several key accounts while supervising a remote team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, a strategic mindset, and a profound understanding of Amazon Seller Central (essential). This role is pivotal in driving our agency’s growth, client success, and overall efficiency.
Responsibilities
Client Onboarding and Strategy:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth/improvement.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions and strategic alignment.
- Act as the primary contact between clients and the content team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of brand objectives.
- Create and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with business goals.
- Plan and manage product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and sales.
Team Support and Leadership:
- Lead and support a small content team.
- Work closely with the team to help implement and execute strategies effectively.
Content Growth and Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to expand content offerings and the sales pipeline.
- Ensure product listings are optimised with high-quality content, including images, descriptions, and keywords to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- At least two years proven experience in Amazon brand management.
- Strong understanding of Amazon e-commerce and Seller Central.
- Proven experience auditing and strategizing accounts on Amazon.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership experience managing a small team and delegating tasks appropriately.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Experience in solving issues and problems with competitors is also a plus.
- Familiarity with Helium 10 and other industry tools.
Hours
Hours of work – full time position, following UK office hours, Monday to Friday.
Salary:
Starting salary of $30k – $36k.
